The Arvada Community Room is a gathering place where we hope that happens.
Available for rent for work retreats, remote teams to be together, community and business groups to hold meetings, and for community members to host celebrations, fundraisers, and classes.
After looking for a space for our own virtual team to meet occasionally in-person, we struggled to find something that was private (not a co-working space), modular, and located in a vibrant area where people like to gather. When we couldn’t find it, we decided to build it!
Our original vision for the space was that it be a place where teams that were moved to virtual environments can gather in-person to spark creativity, build connectedness, and strengthen relationships. After getting started, we realized that the community need for gathering is increasing and people need regular, occasional and one-time meeting space. We hope you will have your next toddler birthday party here, bring your weekly support group, host your next fundraiser, or rent the space for an entire day once a week!
The Arvada Community Room is located at 7601 Grandview Ave. in the heart of Olde Town Arvada. It is a storefront with loads of charm and an updated decor. The space was designed for groups up to 40 (seated) and 75 (standing room). Because the room is entirely modular, with tables and chairs that can be set up as one big block, grouped together, set up for a lunch or dinner arrangement, or folded up and stored away, it is great for all kinds of events, meetings, and celebrations.
If you can dream it, it’s likely possible at this space. Parking is plentiful with a huge free garage just a few minutes away, free street parking, and a small lot nearby.

The primary meeting space (the big room) comes with moveable tables and chairs for configurable seating arrangements for 30 people. When stacked up and stored, there is standing room for up to 75 people.
In addition to the big room, a smaller conference space is available with seating for 6-8 people and includes a screen for presentations and zoom meetings. Also useful as a “food room” or for kids during an event.
The space includes a kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, microwave, and plenty of drinking and eating supplies. Keep your items cold and store your snacks until you need them.
For those times when you need to make a private call, have a zoom meeting, or need a lactation space for new moms, this private space has a door that closes.
The space has a couple of places to have a relaxing conversation, read a book, or have a coffee with a colleague. With seating for 3-4 in each area, you can relax and enjoy the front window sunlight.
You can host your meeting or event worry free, with a tech ready room. You will find two screens for presentations, HDMI cables, smart lights, and an Alexa for instant music. For an additional charge you can use the Owl camera.
Daylong rentals that recur weekly will be given priority. Ideal for corporate retreats, remote/virtual teams that need a space to come together to meet, work collaboratively, spark innovation, and get things done. You can also rent the space for the whole day for Celebrations of Life and full-day parties.
Rent the space for a half day to host your community meeting, classes, birthday party, or work meetings. Timing is flexible based on existing reservations and needs. Half-day rentals are 4 hour blocks, with costs savings from hourly rates.
Rent by the hour for shorter meetings or events. You can rent the space from 1-3 hours (4 hours is half day rental). Hourly rates are not available on the weekend. Weekends only have half-day and full-day rentals available.
