Booking Information
To make a reservation, pick the amount of time you need for you event from the choices below. That will take you to the reservation page. From there you will enter all your information, agree to terms, and get an automated confirmation. Weekends require a Full-Day reservation, which means that no times will show available unless you pick a Full-Day as the option. Weekdays require a 3 hour minimum reservation.

  • Booking Your Event: To book your event, first look through the calendar and be sure that your date/time is available. If you need a date or time that is not available, you can email hello@arvadacommunityroom.com to double-check that the held date is confirmed.
  • 3 hour minimum required for all weekday reservations
  • Full Day reservations are required on the weekends. Saturdays and Sundays are only available for full-day reservations (no hourly or half-day reservations).
  • Please note: large parties and kid parties need to be approved before they will be accepted. Please email hello@arvadacommunityroom.com to discuss your ideas!
  • When you book, you are booking for the entire space. You will not have to share the space with any other events. 
  • Deposit is refundable up to 6 weeks (42 days) in advance of reservation; 50% refundable up to 4 weeks (28 days) prior to reservation date, and non-refundable less than 4 weeks before the reservation date. All refunds are subject to a 10% service fee to cover cancellation fees. No refunds of the space rental fees thereafter will be refunded if canceled 28 days prior to an event, as your agreement to rent The Arvada Community Room  may cause the loss of additional bookings or business.
  • Rental Agreement: You will be asked to sign a short rental agreement to book your event. See rental agreement: Rental Agreement
  • You will be emailed a personal Welcome Letter after you book and pay for your event. This will give you all the details you need to have a great event!
  • Your reservation starts and ends during the time frame you book. For example, if your event is 2-4pm, you should plan to reserve time before and after for set up and clean up. If you want to book extra time outside of the time block you pick, you can choose to add on extra time. They may not be available if someone else has already booked that time. We often have several events in one day.
  • If you leave the space as you found it (clean up, sweep, wipe down tables, rearrange furniture, and take out the trash), you will not be charged a cleaning fee. If the space is not cleaned up, you will be charged a minimum $45 cleaning fee (this may increase if a larger cleanup is required).
  • You may bring in your own food and beverage. Fridge and freezer storage is available Nearby restaurants are available for catering. 
  • Absolutely no glitter or confetti is allowed in the space. Any found will result in an automatic $90 fee.
  • No bbq or outside cooking is allowed.
